The field tested SUPervised Reader EXtender solution, the SPX-1300 allows a reader and associated GPIO
including door/gate hardware with Request to Exit (REX), and Door Status (DPS) to be located up to 10,000
feet away from any Wiegand or MagStripe based control panel. The two conductor connection can use
stranded, solid or coax and is totally supervised and secure. In addition to extending distances and
consolidating wiring, the SPX-1300 provides line filtering and supervision for difficult installations where high
voltage interference is present.
